Dr. Krumm eased my mind when I was overreacting to a small limp in my pug. Took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything to me very thoroughly. I cant thank you enough!
Dr. Krumm is a fantastic vet- extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. The staff are kind, caring, and very helpful. The building itself is also very nice and clean. Highly recommend Owatonna Vet Services.
Would not recommend I brought my dog in when she was sick was told it was arthritis after paying a 250 dollar bill my dog wasn't getting better after 2 days I called them and asked to speak with Dr krumm never got a call back took my dog to different vet to find out she had a tumor on the brain after calling back and telling them still no one called to explain why they miss diagnosed her won't ever go back
