We see Dr. Bauer. The staff is friendly and compassionate. Over the weekend, we lost our dog. Dr. Bauer and Tracy were there with me through the process and gave me as much time as I need. The compassion and reassurance they showed and gave me that day, will never be forgotten.
The vets here have always been wonderful but I have to say that while dealing with the illness and eventual death of our beloved dog they truly outdid themselves. We received nothing but the most compassionate and respectful care and support. When we are ready to have another dog we will be bringing them here for sure! Special thanks to Dr. Felipe for the personal attention throughout this ordeal.
The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You are treated as part of the family of staff and in our opinion they go over and above by calling and checking on your pet even after your visit has ended and that day has passed. We will never take our pets to any other vet clinic besides Owatonna Veterinary Hospital.
I love the staff and we have received top notch care with our animals. I was heartbroken when it came time to euthanize my dog of 16 years and they (Dr Bauer & Tracy) cared so much not just for my boy but for me just as much. I recommend them 100%! After getting married and moving to the Twin Cities, I still will drive to their caring personalities over other more local vets where I felt like just a number and on to the next case.
Dr. Bauer is really amazing. She is very knowledgeable, explains all of your options and answers all of your questions. She is so gentle with my senior dog. Dr. Bauer has a great staff of friendly people that are always willing to help. I never feel like I am "rushed in" and "rushed out" like my previous vet. Thank you Dr. Bauer and staff.
