I have never had a more negative experience with a vet in my life. They were very rude, unhelpful, and even resorted to calling me stupid and incompetent when I had a serious question.
The staff and service are amazing. I was very worried when my older pug started limping, and they squeezed her in and made time to check on her. The prices were a lot less than most places too. Definitely will be taking my pups here from now on!
Krumm has been my family's vet for as long as I can remember. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. The ladies he has on staff are friendly and smart. Every time I visit, I know that it will be a wonderful experience for me, as well as my dog.
They remember my dog every time we come in. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. They are helpful on the phone and squeeze you in when your pet is sick.
