Nobody knows what they are doing. Seems like the blind leads the blind here. Slow service. Inaccurate almost every time. Cold fries. Go somewhere else until someone can properly manage this location.
My visit to Owatonna Hardee's was terrible! The young lady working the drive through was very rude! After getting my order I grabbed some fries and they were aweful. I parked my car walked back into the store and asked for some different fries. Fries tasted like they were from yesterday and we're cold. She once again was very rude! The restaurant was empty was it wasn't like they were busy. I will not rush back there again!
Stopped in for a late night supper while driving thru Minnesota. Food was made to order. It was hot, cheap & delicious. Employees were friendly & funny too!
Disappointed. Service was slow, it seemed like the workers didn't really know what they were doing, and they got the order wrong. We stopped several times over the course of a few months to see if it was just a one-time thing, but found out bad service was par for the course. Won't be going to Hardees any more.
Food was ok but the employees appear to be using the dining room as their break room. At any given time there were 2 employees sitting down in the dining area.
