Rating....less than 1 star! We had a horrible experience with Wencl. They quoted us wrong on the initial work performed. They are bitter....they under quoted us..not our fault. The work was done poorly. We had water issues for many months. We had backwater in the dishwasher....yeah we were eating off dirty dishes for more than 6 months! When we realized that the work was not done right, we had them come out and fix it. Then, they billed us for their mistake. If you want peace of mind and work done right, go with someone else.
Tried sticking with these guys. But after having two failed jobs and will not be calling them again. First job was a valve replacement. They didn't put on thread tape so it leaked. Had to have them come out a second day and fix. Just today I had 8 am appointment. In which I was home at 7:55 and they had already came and left without calling or anything to see if I was actually home or on my way....now they can't come back at all. So they lost my business completely
They are the best, honest. Owatonna heating I wouldn't trust with my lawnmower.
I've used Wenzel plumbing for years. They have been prompt, friendly and efficient. No problems with the work they provided. Bought new furnace and air conditioning as well as minor household repairs.
