The only reason I gave it another star is bc I know some nice, cool people that work there. But the managers there suck and don't care about the customer which in turn means they don't care about business. I ordered a Large Pepperoni w/ half sausage and half bacon. They delivered it to me with no bacon. So I call with an understanding that people make mistakes and that they would bring me a new one or at least a replacement. Instead they wanted me to come to them with the one I had for a replacement! Are you kidding? Why do you think I ordered delivery? I can't go anywhere.

I did not order a pizza but remember how one acts as an employee reflects on the entire company. Last night, July 14,2017 our children and neighbors kids were playing in a " School Zone" when a God Fathers driver in a black car came racing down our street at what seemed to be at a speed of between 40-50 mph. When the driver was told to "slow down" the driver yelled out some obscenity. This is UNCALLED FOR. I reported the incident to tbe store that the driver needs to be pull from the road and the asst manager stated that he will talk to tbe driver. This incident was reported to corporate to a machine that is UNPROFESSIONAL. I HOPE to get a response and I am taking this to the media. Dominos was cited in the past for injuries to pedestrians for a speedy delivery and this will get airtime also, I hope. Before someone is killed.
Last week I had ordered 5 pizzas and that ended up getting done 30 minutes late. But the Assistant Manager went out of his way to deliver them to our event and tried very hard to make let us know just how much he cared about what happened, and tried to make it right with us! Great guy!
I was gonna give a zero star but obviously you can't... So I have been in Owatonna since Nov 2016 and have ordered godfathers 5 times because we like it 4 times out of the 5 our pizza has been late over an hour to get to us and our pizza is never how we order it I mean is it really that hard to read a ticket that says half black olives... I can not have black olives and our pizza was cold .. I have worked in food service for well over 20 years and I get it mistakes happen but this is ridiculous!!!!!
