Rooms are very nice. WiFi is fast. TVs are adequate. Restaurant is ok in a pinch. Pool area is very nice, great for families. The parking lot has charging stations for electric cars.
Hotel was great as always. Onsite dining was slow. If you stay here there are lots of better food choices within walking distance.
We stayed here last night and the Hotel was very busy. I don't ever give a 5 star but I have to say All employees were friendly, helpful and went out of there way to be accomodating. Super busy weekend with lots of families having Christmas parties. Good job! We'll be back next year.
Complaint is with water park. Friend held daughters bday party there, they did not tell her that half the pool would be closed, kids not allowed on hot tub, couldn’t bring pizza in, tried to get food inside park and waited 15 minutes just for someone to come give us service. We did receive free passes for another time which was nice but still would have been nice of them to warn the mother of the closed section of pool being it was the side of the pool most of the kids wanted to be on
Front desk was great. Restaurant and bar staff were great. Grown kids and grandkids loved the indoor water park. Had hot tub in our room. Walking distance to other restaurants and Cabelas
