My screen was cracked and this store wanted to charge me $5 even though my phone was under warranty and they didn't have a screen in the store to replace it. I was told the Verizon store in Faribault had a screen so I drove there and they replaced the screen and was told since it was under warranty there is no charge. I went back to this Verizon store in Owatonna and told them that the Faribault store said that since the phone was under warranty there was no charge and they just lost my business. The business associate working said, "oh, well."
Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They were great!
