Awesome customer service. Michael Conor was exceptional to work with. I just got a new IPhone and he was very knowledgeable and patient setting up everything I needed. He answered all of my questions and took the time to show me all the new tools with the phone. He even went over my plan and got me a cheaper plan that works just as good for me. If that wasn't enough, he sold me on a new Bluetooth speaker which sounds great, and got me an absolutely great deal. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and the customer service I received. I am glad I'm with Sprint. Thank you.
