I would go to a different location in town if one was available to me. But since I live in a small town I dont have that option unless I drive to another town. The greeters are nice if they make eye contact, I go in get want I came for of course if it's stocked on the shelves, and the employees are not standing in the way talking to each other. Actually besides the checkout that would be the only time I have seen any employees, well except when they are coming to and from break with food in there hands, smoking ciggs just outside the two side customer entrances, or walking in to the back of the store. I prefer to order online and then pick it up when its ready, tho I can still check in, in the parking lot, walk to the back of the store, tap the screen and wait 20 mins and yet have 10 or so employees walk past me and not say one word. I dont think customer service is first in the minds of the younger or hungry employees at this store

Never enough checkouts open. Long lines. Paint departments in all 3 local walmarts under staffed and poor training. Seen 13 gallons of paint wasted in 1 weeks time. But I still love Walmart.
Some staff are very helpful and yet some are not ok with their personality in helping others to figure out what they are looking for. Lately staff and the customer services people have an attitude problem and usually are the older ladies and think they know more than the customer.
It's a pretty standard Wal-mart staff were mediocre they had a door greeter, but it is nothing special. It's not bad. For quick shopping trip, I would recommend.
