I find that most sale items advertised that I look for are out of stock. The check-out clerks don't seem all that happy to be there. I do like the selection of bird seeds and suet plus other livestock and animal supplies which I can readily find when not on sale. So, it's usually an 'ok' experience or 'run of the mill', no pun intended. Could be better, but I've experienced worse.
Poor experience. Out of stock on simple PVC fitting. Staff didn't know where spray paint was. 4 of 5 open checkout lanes were waiting for 'help' from manager. Sunday at about 11am. Clocks being changed for Daylight Savings Time... Why not before store hours? Confusing. Not the type of store experience I've grown to expect from Mills.
Very well stocked, clean and knowledgeable staff. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to.

After fifteen years they cancelled my card because of my credit report even though I have a good credit history with them, and have run thousands of dollars through that account for personal and my buisness. On top of that I cannot run in in and out quickly with the products I need. Stuff is always moved around, so much so employees don't even know where items are, if you can even find someone. I am so disappointed with this store. Also their computer system does the ordering so good luck with waiting for restocking, if it's not there, they don't sell it, thus there computer won't order it. I am so disappointed and upset with this store especially when I am 4 blocks from it! I will no longer shop there for my clients or myself asides from some small purchases here and there. I predict that is close to 20,000 per year based off the jobs I do.
