Owner accused me of stealing a tourtise after I helped get it on its feet. Poor thing was stuck on its shell and the cage was open. I reached in and set it straight and went to the thrift store next door. Came out and he was standing there accussing me of stealing the poor sick looking tourtise I helped out. I have spent over a thousand dollars at this place and am there almost every week. They dont even seem to remember me even though it's the same 2 people everytime. They lost a customer today.
This place was beyond gross. I could go on and on about how bad it was in there. Absolutely heartbreaking to anyone that actually knows anything about animals, and cares about proper care of pets. So many sick animals and the place smelled like ammonia and feces. One of the puppies was clearly ill and when I mentioned that to the owner he denied it and played it off like it was just fine. I strongly encourage anyone that is thinking of buying any pet from here to refrain from doing so. Bottom line, this place needs to be shut down.

Called to check availability of puppy we saw over the weekend, super bummed to find out it sold , the lady owner went completely out of her way to call the breeder and we were told there was one left out of the litter and thatvthe breeder was bringing him in within the hour for us to look at she took our phone number and said she would call when we was in for us to come in...we waited an hour and a half and no call so we decided to go check if the puppy was there. When we arrived there was 3 girls holding the puppy and we waited in line at the counter the husband owner asked what he could help us with .. so explained why we were there and he told us he just sold him... he didn't have to time to call to let us know because the girls were in looking at him... we were going to be next and we didnt put a down payment on him so he wasnt ours. We were never asked for a down payment over the phone just that we would be called as soon as the breeder got there.. he did not care at all about selling the puppy right undernealth us...completely unprofessional. . Will not be giving our business anymore.
The owners are wonderful! They always answer all my questions and help me in any way possible! I buy all my fish from here, they even special order me specific fish for much cheaper than anywhere else.
