I took my dry cleaning to Elwood since Whitestone closed their doors, and when I picked it up, they said nothing to me. I got home and my favorite shirt was ruined. It looks like the underarms were burned & ripped. It was not like that when I dropped it off, and then I saw a tag saying "damaged prior to cleaning-underarms". Why in the heck would I take a shirt in that condition in to be dry cleaned? So not only did I have to pay for the cleaning, I also have to trash the shirt. I would have had a lot more respect for them if they had owned up to it. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
