When I couldn't decide between 10, 14, and 18k rose gold, he ordered in samples of each and let me try them out. He kept me 100 percent in the loop on everything and was always accessible to via email to reassure me everything will come together. If you were to buy a similar setting to what I got in the twin cities, it was over double the price! The time from ordering to receiving the ring was 1/5 of the time it takes in the cities as well. The final product was beyond AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about this place!
