They do not respond to emails or phone calls. There are surcharges on top of the amounts they quote you for bottle service that aren't disclosed in the beginning.
Delivery service for salt as been good--though they wanted to inspect my existing water softener before starting delivery to see if it was functioning the right way. I explained to the guy it had been unplugged for a week while I had another appliance installed so my water may not test very soft. Sure enough, my water tested hard or about at the level of city water for softness and on that basis they tried to talk me into buying a new water softener from them at about $2,500. Wow! I plugged my softener back in and let it regenerate as usual, and it works just fine and gives the softest water ever just like it always did. They have good service, but will really try to talk you into replacing equipment at huge expense that doesn't need to be replaced!
