We drove from northern Minnesota to get our two Pedego bikes. We Fell in love with their store, their helpfulness, and the bikes! This is a special bike store and Ann & staff were there for us! Our Pedegos are incredible. We have the cargo bike, The Pedego Stretch, and The Mini-Interceptor and are super happy riding these well-designed electric bikes, and the recommended helmets, mirrors, & pannier are all perfect.
They have what I need most times and they're pretty competitive otherwise so if I go down looking for something I usually just order from them.

We came in with a broken tire and left with a new tire and a new bike! Very friendly, helpful staff. My only complaint is that they should throw in some of their own marketing freebies - win/win if they gave you a branded water bottle with your new bike, etc. Bikes are very expensive, so it takes some of the sticker-shock away if you get some cheap freebies with it :)
They are simply amazing and incredible! If you live in the Midwest, this is THE place to buy.

Service and advice has always been top notch both before and after the sale. Owner and staff are always friendly and helpful. The service department has been excellent as well. A cool small town bike shop that I can definitely recommend.
